I was actually on a cutting diet to lose some bf and I was wondering if I have to keep the same diet: 6 meals (2000 cals: 300g prot 75g carbs 50g fat). My goal with this cycle is to continue to get ripped even more so should I continue doing cardio or should I stop? What should I use for pct? thank you
