    Mass Stack

    i purchesed the mass stack and have been on it for two weeks now and havent seen much results i dont want to get discouraged early but i am curious as to how long it will be before i start to notice a difference the stack consist of D-Bol Trenn and Decca i purchused if from this site if anyone has any input i would greatly appreciate it thank you

    That stuff is just supps bro, not real steroids.

    i am 20 years old
    5'9
    150 lbs
    about 10% body fat

    and my goals are to gain wieght and just bulk up i understand there leagal supps i am in the military and over seas i dont want illegal steriods shipped out do to legal issues and shit with the military i figured this would work i am curious as to how long it would take to see results i mean even being a supp i should see something right it says take tree time a day i take it a 5am before my workout at 1pm and again at 9pm in exactly 8 hour intervals and i eat a healthy diet six times a day no i never took steriods before if anyone has any other tips or advice all reponses are appreciate thank you

    Forget the supps for now. I think you should get a good diet in order(as best you can anyway) and workout like hell. Maybe you could add some creatine and protein drinks to your diet as well. Save your $ on those supps.

    my diet is as follows

    430am- NO explode
    work out
    After workout- Creatine and supps (D-Bol trenn Deca)
    0630- 3 egg whites oatmeal w/ honey and rye bread
    0900- shake
    1200- lunch chicken tuna salmon a light salad and carbs depends on what the chow hall is serving
    1300( 1pm)- supps (D-bol tren decca)
    1500( 3pm)- shake
    1800( 6pm)- dinner high carb meal slight protien again it depends on what the chow hall is serving that day
    2100( 9pm)-supps (D-Bol trenn decca) then sleep

    i repeat this cycle everyday i work upper body on monday and thursday lower body on tuesday and friday i run wensday and saturday for no more then 20 min and take sunday off totally i am not new to working out and fitness just new to taking these supps and they dont seemto be working i am not getting the results advertised if anyone sees anything wrong with what i am doing and has any input i would greatly appreciate it thank you

    Not enough food bro.. You have added when you take supplements as meals. They are not food. You need more real meals. I don't know if your situation permits (chow hall) but you need more food.     your going in the wrong direction man ,1st off them suppps you got from here will do nothing for ,not even worth takeing them imo,2nd you diet is bad ,your useing them supps when you should be eating a meal of pro/carb/fat ,you need to sort it out asap ,the faster you do the faster you will start seeing results.

    i purchesed the same stack a week ago, on 2 of everything 3 times aday high protein diet,promax extreme,cyclone,creatamax extereme. so much for gaining mass very quickly, perchesed off this site too.

    live and learn.. that stuff will do nothing for you that a salad,multi-vitamin and a cup of coffee wont do..
