your next cycle ? what have you cycled before -looks like you cycled on a bike a lot due to ok % in body fat -lol.

i remember you used winny in the past -correct?
12 weeks of test e would be nice ,maybe dbol to kick or winny to end.
yer need to bulk alot ,to th op you have a good lean base on you and at 155 you light ,in most cases to light too use aas but if your dead set on running another cycle soon pt is dead on ,try and get a nice bulking cycle in with a good clean bulking diet.
i would go with the classic
dbol
test e
deca
ai for bloat and hcg in th ending weeks of cycle.
I weigh 75 kg now. not sure what that is in lb's
Yup I ran test enth and winny. So it seems like a good bulking course is what I should focus on. I will do some more research before I make any desicions.
it would depend on what my goals were. If i wanted to remain skinny, then just keep doing what your doing.
If I wanted to put on some mass and thickness, well then thats a whole new story...
Test/Deca/FOOD would probably be my next choice
Test E @ 500mg EW - 12 weeks
D-Bol @ 40mg ED - 6 weeks
