i m in the 6th week of my 1st cycle male 6 2 210 on 400m/g test.cyp.p/w 20 m/g dianabol pd 5 weeks done with that now i will b on the test for 12 weeks very minor side effects no probs. there how long should i be off till i start next cycle? what to do pct? i have novadex that i did not use just had it on hand for side effects and what would be a good next cycle i have no prob. takeing injections

How old are you? Time off should be cycle length plus pct.

well man you should have done some research before you started this cycle. This is an at-home hormone replacement and you really should know to do some reasearch first.

anyways, time on+pct=time off until next cycle

i don't really understand your last sentence there, but don't take tamox on cycle or sides, take adex

and for pct i'd recommend nolva(tamox) 20/20/20/20 and aromasin 25mg ed or 10ed or 25eod--whatever works
