twitching/knot

its deca day, i shot it in my thigh and when i put the needle in, my muscle started twitching, then it went away after about 2-3seconds, so i was like ok and just kept injecting, slow injection, counted a good 12seconds 4seconds after pulled it out, now theres a knot in my leg
is this common? something not to worry about? or did i **** something up royally

first time, but when i shot the left one it was fine, i was on the right one and it did that
