    Beginner Help

    I am a beginner to anabolic.
    And i wanted to start out kind of light just to see what was going to happen.
    I am 23 6'4'' and about 210 lbs.
    not sure of body fat, but i have a good amount to lose.
    I have a healthy diet.

    I was thinking of trying Anavar.....and have been researching it rather thoroughly.

    Just wondering, if I take it, and I continue to eat healthy, and lift (usually) 4 times a week, will I see results?
    I realize that for the BEST results, I would need to tweak my diet and make sure I'm getting a good amount of this and that. Which I plan on doing.

    But, worst case scenario if I stay at my normal healthy diet and lift as I have been, will I notice results?

    Also, should I combine with anything.
    I am trying to basically lose body fat, and gain some tone and mass.
    But i am not looking to become a bodybuilder or be ripped out of my mind.

    ......at least not yet.

    Welcome to the board,
    You'll find some experienced guys giving good advice, my advice is listen and learn from it. In the meantime learn about the ancilliary drugs you need to have on hand to combat any unwanted side effects that you may experience and how to run a sucessful PCT course, assuming you go ahead with a cycle, these are things you need to know.
    IMHO though, you still have plenty of natural growth to be made.

    right i understand the PCT course and everything, and i would have one in line before I ever dreamed of beginning a cycle.
    I am just wondering that if, based on my current actions, if i will see any results.....

    can anyone answer?

    i completely agree that i have plenty of natural growth, but i am going to be blunt at flat out say, that i want it faster, i may have to cut a corner or two, but i have a trip in early May that I would like to tighten up for.

    is there no one out there who has done the same thing?

    no one can definitively tell you what *your* results will be

    if you still have significant bf, then you will see less results,

    a "good amount" of bf doesn't really tell us much, have it measured or post a pic so we can get an idea of the base you are working with.

    so should i do a ton of cardio first to shed the bf, then start? or is there something that will help me shed as i go?

    i have read a lot about dnp, and i am aware how dangerous it is, but as long as i use it in the minimal to recommended doses, and the side effects aren't severe, would it help at all?

    okay well first i should mention that i have only been at this for just about 3 months
    trying to get the high school body back ha ha

    i have been working out, as i said, usually 4 times a week, if not 3.
    on the days i don't lift i still run 2-3 miles. I just am not seeing anything go anywhere.
    nothing seems to be changing which is what brought me here.
    i know everyone is going to tell me to just wait and work harder, change my diet and i will see results naturally.....and i completely understand that, i really do.
    but, i am pretty much doing the best that my current schedule allows me.

    so, please, let's just stick to this. is there anything, aside from a better diet and MORE exercise that can shave some time off this process.

    pics below be kind.....just kidding.

    Need advise

    Whats up everybody , I'm going on my second week of Test E (1 1/2 ) and deca(1mil). I been shooting in glut and was wondering if thats were i should be injecting? If I should stay there or inject somewhere else?
