I am a beginner to anabolic.
And i wanted to start out kind of light just to see what was going to happen.
I am 23 6'4'' and about 210 lbs.
not sure of body fat, but i have a good amount to lose.
I have a healthy diet.
I was thinking of trying Anavar.....and have been researching it rather thoroughly.
Just wondering, if I take it, and I continue to eat healthy, and lift (usually) 4 times a week, will I see results?
I realize that for the BEST results, I would need to tweak my diet and make sure I'm getting a good amount of this and that. Which I plan on doing.
But, worst case scenario if I stay at my normal healthy diet and lift as I have been, will I notice results?
Also, should I combine with anything.
I am trying to basically lose body fat, and gain some tone and mass.
But i am not looking to become a bodybuilder or be ripped out of my mind.
......at least not yet.
