    Stanozolol Only Cycle

    Hi All,

    Stats:
    36 years old.
    Weight 94.2kg's
    BF% 11.4
    Good clean diet ( 7 meals per day as per previous post and advice from here)

    I have now got access to 6* 10ml bottles of 100mg Stanozolol from a trusted source and would like some advice on best way to take it please.
    I have a very intense training and diet program (from 128kg's down to 94.2kg's so far) and want to use the above for a cutting cycle. I have read through a lot of threads and posts about using test as well but due to my diet/supplementation and training i am putting on as much lean muscle mass as i want to have. My goal is to be 10% bf (or even a little lower) and stay around the 93kg mark due to the weight division I want to fight at. I purely want to boost the efforts i am already putting in and keep it safe.

    I also have some access to Clen and have read the very informative thread on that so i am comfortable with my knowledge level on that.

    I can post my diet and training schedule if need be.

    Ok thought i would add the diet and workout plan as well so i am giving all the info. I am taking this very seriously as it has been a real life change for me. here it is:
    MEAL AND TRAINING PLAN. January 2009.

    Monday:
    Morning: Gym – Chest & Triceps Weights & Abs.
    Evening: (choose 2) 20 mn Bike,20 mn Elliptical,20 mn Rower,20 mn Stepper

    Tuesday:
    Morning: MMA Conditioning workout. See Below Evening: Core Training (Planks, exercise Ball, Medicine Ball work)

    Wednesday:
    Morning: Boxing Power & Conditioning workout. See below.
    Evening: Hypoxic interval Cardio Session (using easy breathe/snorkel)

    Thursday:
    Morning: MMA Ground & Pound Training/conditioning.
    Evening: Gym –Back & Biceps & Forearms Weights

    Friday:
    Morning: MMA Conditioning workout. See below.
    Evening: 1 Hr BJJ Class, 1 Hr Kickboxing class. Finish with Pad session.

    Saturday:
    Morning: Early am: Gym – Legs and Shoulders. Play football 2pm.
    Evening: Light Swim to stretch out. Ab workout before bed.

    Sunday:
    Morning: 5:30am - 9.4 Km Road run.
    Evening: Big walk with family & Dogs (just light)

    Daily Meal Planner
    Meal 1. 6am
    * Upon Rising 2 Scoops Purple Wraath with one teaspoon Acetyl L-Carnitine in 250 Ml Water as soon as wake up.
    * Rapid Digest Protein Shake with Udos Oil & 5g Glutamine When returning from run/workout.

    Meal 2. 830am
    *Untoasted Wholegrain Rolled Oat muesli with Fat Free Yoghurt
    And put a handful of fresh blueberries in it.
    * Big Glass of water.
    * Pure Green Tea with 2 Stevia tablets (have again at 3pm). Also have Swisse multivitamin, Glucosamine, Vitamin C, Calcium&Magnesium, Brindleberry & Chromium Piccolinate, Vegetal Silicea & Conjugated Linoleic acid

    Meal 3. 11am
    * Protein Shake with 5g Glutamine. OR Musashi 30g orange straight Protein Drink (Zero carb, Zero Fat)
    * Good Handful of Almond & Macadamia & Walnut Kernels & some Cashews
    * Big Glass of water & A Fuji Apple.

    Meal 4.1:30 pm
    *180g of tuna with Steam vegies pack (broccoli, cauliflower and yellow beans).
    * Other option is Tuna (or other lean meat) with Baby Spinach Leaves etc.

    Meal 5.4.00 pm
    * Protein Shake with Udos Oil and 5g (teaspoon) of glutamine.
    * Nuts and soft cheese for snack.

    Meal 6.630pm
    Lean Chicken/beef/lamb/fish etc and vegies (broccoli, spinach, cauliflower and red capsicum, beans, mushrooms)

    Meal 7.9:30 pm
    * Protein Shake (Fusion slow digest) and a few nuts or few slices of “Coon Light & Tasty” or cottage cheese.

    It takes time to get answers sometimes depending on when you post. Its 1am where I am so give it time

    You are wanting to lose less than 2% bodyfat, you can do that with your diet and training IMHO

    I would NEVER take winny without adding in some Test as winny will Turn OFF your natural Test production.

    your diet sucks by the way, no offense, but it does

    TOO many shakes NOT enough WHOLE FOODS
