    Thumbs up Cycle questions

    I'm about to start my first cycle in a few weeks here, I play college rugby and don't want to lose too much cardio while bulking. We are going to playoffs in a month or so and after that i have tryouts for an allstar team.

    wk1-10 500mg test E
    wk1-4 dbol 30mgs
    wk12-14 nolva 40/20/20
    clomid 100/50/25

    I was thinking about taking out the dbol to avoid some water weight and maybe delay some of my gains untill later into my cycle, with the dbol frontload i think i will blow up.
    I'm looking to gain about 20lbs which i'm sure will slow me down a bit, but the aggression i get will hopefully make up some of that.

    I did a half ass cycle of equipose about a years ago, and i have researched a lot since then and want to do this one right. Is there anything i should be doing pre-cycle? I have upper my cardio and gone with lower weight and high reps to try to drop a little bf. would a low protein diet right before or possibly a cleansing diet do any good?

    That's identical to my first cycle and it worked great for me. Looks like you have everything you'll need.

    go for 12 ~13 of test E for better results....

    Thanks Derek, that was something new to think about.

    Yeah I think 12 weeks is better, i'm looking to get more gear so i can run it longer. Yeah I might hold off on the dbol untill my next cycle, I don't wanna get too bloated, but i definantly want to get some huge results. I'm thinking I may be able to do without the dbol if i really focus on diet and eat my life away while on.

    U can easily gain 30 lbs (depends from person 2 person)
    u can keep 15~20lbs of lean muscle..if u have good PCT and good diet

    hold off on dbol , not right for your goals. Run the test and see what happens. Think about adding other compounds after you see what a cycle of 500mg test/wk does for you

    if your worried about bloat from the dbol get some letro to combat the water weight gain

    what position do you play? at those stats, you must be a prop or lock? the water weight/bloat from the dbol might hinder your endurance though so be careful. 80 minutes is a long time to run while carrying an extra 20 lbs.

    I play lock, or sometimes 8 or flanker. Yeah that is a big concern of mine, i'm thinking i might just go with the test. I do cardio 6x a week and plan to do the same on cycle.

    Yes sir 12 weeks is ideal. However, I personally think you should run the dbol for the first 4 weeks with no problem. You'll get the strength gain that you're looking for while waiting for the test to kick in. You will retain h2o while taking the dbol... how much just depends on your body chemestry. But who cares? It's only 4 weeks. Plus its only March. Keep your shirt on for a month. You'll survive.

    yeah I don't really care how i look, well not that much. My main concern with the water weight is that i'll be carrying extra weight for rugby. Yeah if i can get more gear before my 10th week then i'll extend it an extra 2 weeks. I'm getting my gear tomorrow, everything except the orals, so i'm starting as soon as i get that. I plan on posting a log once i get it going.
