1st cycle but high BF%. Wait or run Clen
I am about to purchase my 1st cycle.
Background information -
Keto diet at 2200-2500 calories a day. Carb up on Fri night and saturday morning.
Weight:257lbs
Bodyfat: 27%
Arms: 14 3/4 in.
Waist: 43in
Chest: 44in
Neck: 16in
Hips below belly: 45in
Belly: 46.5in
Thighs: 29in
My routine is a CKD workout:
Monday
- Bench Presses 3x8
- Decline Bench Presses
- Incline Presses 3x8
- LAT Pulldowns
- Seated Rows
- Lumbar Extensions
- Abdominal Isolater
- Dips
- Cardio as much as possible
Tuesday (Shoulder, Arms)
- Shoulder Press Machine
- Machine Tricep Extensions
- Cable Tricep Pushdowns
- Camber Curls
- Pullups
- Barbell Wrist Curls
- Reverse Wrist Curls
- Cardio as much as possible
Wednesday ( Cardio)
- Swimming
Cycling/Eliptical/Treadmill (30 Minutes)
Thursday (Legs)
- Leg Presses
- Calve Raises on Leg Press Machine
- Leg Extensions
- Seated Leg Curls
- Inside leg
- Outside leg
Friday (Full Body Blitz- Prep for Carb load)
- Verticle Chest Presses 3x8
- LAT Pulldowns
- Shoulder Press Machine
- Camber Curls
- Machine Tricep Extensions
- Abdominal Isolater

Now my main question. This is what I plan to run based on a sticky of Phreezer's First Cycle(yes I have spent several hours reading everything)
Gear
- SUSTAMED 250 10ml vial
PCT
- HCG (Pregnyl) 5000 IU, 1 amp b
- CLOMID 50mg 10x50= 500mg
- NOLVADEX (TAMOXIMED) (tamoxifene) 20mg/tab=50 tabs
Will this be good for continued BF% loss and lean muscle? Or will I benefit most from just a clen /t3/taurine cycle?
I understand I am pretty fat still. But I'd just like to get something to help with the fat shed and some lean muscle. The money is not that important if that matters.

there is much debate on here about bf% and cycling i take the stance of 15% is the max number. now some experienced guys can start at say 18% and be fine and get lower
for you, diet and cardio bro no cycle cycle yet
if you want get that clen
and where did you get that diet program thing?

If I am not mistaken that lab is not UGL and using their name is not an issue.

Edited just to be safe.
I just wanted my question to have all the needed info. Looks like I am still too fat. I'll just get the clen cycle...
The diet program is just fitday. It really helps me stay in track and make sure I am eating 6 times a day.

Will do. The only reason I chose the Sustamed is becuase I thought it was similar to Sustanon , which Phreezer outlines as:
This is a test only cycle. I am using Sustanon in this example but enanthate or cypionate can be used in the same manner. I like sustanon because it’s cheap, it’s readily available, it’s quick acting, and it’s very effective. Later on You’ll learn Sustanon is better EOD because of the proprionate in it, but for your First cycle, this method of BI weekly injections will be VERY effective.

i prefer a single ester.. but you can get away with 2 injections a week with the sust.
just not the best way to run it

the thing with the blend is if you have a bad reaction to it you re not guna kow which test is affecting you

Yeah yeah I know, I am fat, but that is what the change is for. I know it's all diet and cardio, but I thought maybe it would help speed up the process. Impatient is one of my bad qualities.
The 27% is only a calculation. I do not have calipers.
260 (x)1.082 =281.32 +94.42 = 375.74
375.74 (45") x(4.15) = 188.99 Lean Body Weight
260 * 188.99 = 7101
7101*100(x) = 7101
