What are differences between on and off cycle workout routines?

What is the main differences (other than poundages used) when working out on a cylce and off a cyle? I know the amount of wieght being lifted will be less when not on a cylce but how are the other aspects of the workout routine affected? More/less workouts a week? More/less sets per workout? Thanks.

Recovery is decreased substancially post cycle.

I give myself 1 extra day off to compensate

So the workout routines themselves are basically the some except you have less motivation off cycle?

at times yes. off cycle i tend to workout a day or 2 less and slack on the cardio until the tail end but bump it up closer to cycle time. but it depends on what my next cycle goals are too

I try to never slack off or let up off cycle. I did this once and I regretted it so bad, I lost muslce and gained some fat, I will never do that again.

I just finished a 12wk cycle last thursday, so next thursday starts PCT + time off gear. Anyway, my only change starting next week will be my diet, I'm cutting back a little to not eat as much. However, my workouts stay the same and I switch up routines at 5-6 weeks to shock muscles. I haven't even started PCT yet and I'm looking forward to my next cycle in about 16 weeks.

Anyway, keep up the intensity best you can. If you used to bench 350 and can only bench 315 dont let it **** with you, just keep benching 315. When you start the next cycle you will be so ahead of the game.

only difference between on/off cycle for me is the juice. you can go harder if you feel that its needed, but otherwise dont mess with whats working.

When I am on cycvle I am always motivated to work harder to maximize results. When I am off cycle I am motivated by trying to keep my gains. Either way I fool myself into believeig that I hve to work harder in both cases. My intensity really does stay pretty high. I do have days where I don't want to do anything but for the most part I am always the hardest worker in the gym at any given time.

Moral of the story, find a way to motivate yourself in all the situations and results should be more consistant.
