    Cycle Update and question

    i am on my 4th week of my first cycle of 400mg a week Cyp. My strength is sky rocketting almost savage and i am feeling great (no sides). My BF was high (21%) when i started which made me a little worried but so far so good. i am doing cardio 3 times a week for 30min. If you think i should do more please offer advice. now comes the question: i feel the gains but at what point do you start seeing them as well if i run a good PCT what should i expect to keep (%) at the end of my cycle?
    You all have been great at walking me through this and appreciate the help!

    21% bodyfat is really going to blur any gains and make them tougher to see.

    The test will really start kicking in around week 5.
    No one can say forsure on what you will keep everyone is different.
    It all depends on diet and training.

    Very true. i am working on it though. i hope to bring that down to 17% by the end.
