i am on my 4th week of my first cycle of 400mg a week Cyp. My strength is sky rocketting almost savage and i am feeling great (no sides). My BF was high (21%) when i started which made me a little worried but so far so good. i am doing cardio 3 times a week for 30min. If you think i should do more please offer advice. now comes the question: i feel the gains but at what point do you start seeing them as well if i run a good PCT what should i expect to keep (%) at the end of my cycle?
