i got invited on a cruise (3 days) and my diet went out the window. when i got back i got sick for about another week. so i didnt eat right and didnt work out for a total of about 2 weeks (between the cruise and bieng sick). im not sick anymore but i feel like i lost weight and stength due to the flu. should i just start my cycle as soon as i get back into the gym or should i workout and diet for a week or two before i start the juice.
