    Sust and deca cycle

    I wanna do a sust 250 and deca cycle in about 2 months I wanna gain 10-15 more lbs natty

    Stats:6'1
    180
    6 pct bf

    Sust 250: 250 mg a week. Wk 1-10
    Deca: 200 or 400 mg . wk 1-12

    Need help on pct tho

    id flip flop that shit.. run the deca 10 and the sust 12.

    dont like the 250mg sust a week tho.. could get away with it if it were a single ester.

    500mgs test -12 weeks

    400mgs deca-10 weks

    there are many pct protocols..
    i like 100mg clomid and 20mg nolvadex ed for 30 days or so.

    Relaxed. Was about 185 then tho lost a little lbs
    I dont really look like that now tho took A lil break of lifting but started back up again 2 weeks ago so maybe 6 pct a lil low but im def 8 or lower

    I dont think you look 6% body fat, just my opinion. Would have said at least 9%.

    this is a good idea, if you bust your ass for 2 months on a real nice diet, you'll be good to go

    agree ,a good clean bulking diet is the way forward here ,his base can be easy worked on .

    not that bad.. seen alot worse .. starting off in much better shap than alot of guys.. few months and a few more pounds.. alot of research .. should be in good shape.

    Closer to 11-13% but a decent base nonetheless...

    Agree with mammon, more research, tweak diet, ready to go in a few months...

    No hes not ready yet IMO, but it is better than most who post here lookin for advice for a first cycle.

    Looks young to me but I will say that looks like a more than decent base. I am not sure why people are saying he doesn't have a good base. I assure you my first cycle was started MUCH worse off and I got crazy results. (and it was sus and deca)

    low compared to what?

    you're around 11-13% would be my bet, need to see legs as well to see how your body composition is, but you aren't in single digits yet

    Definitely around 13%

    Your abs tell it all. If you were sub-10% you would have MUCH a much more defined stomach.

    5% = shredded. every ab would be exposed. Also, your subcutaneous water levels would be just above 0.... you're not even close!
