critique my diet
Doing natty cutter right now (getting clen anyday now though) and wanted to run my diet through will you guys:
Meal 1: Upon waking, EAS carb control RTD shake, 17g protein, 2g carb, 110 calories
Meal 2: 4oz tuna = 26g protein , 0g carb, 120 calories
Meal 3: 4-5oz chicken = 30g protein, 2g carb, 100 calories
Meal 4: 4 oz tuna = 26g protein , 0g carb, 120 calories
Meal 5: 4-5oz chicken = 30g protein, 2g carb, 100 calories
Meal 6: Pre/Post workout: Whey protein isolate with non-fat milk = 60g protein, 15g carbs, 250 calories
Meal 7: Before bed, EAS carb control RTD shake, 17g protein, 2g carb, 110 calories
Total: 206g protein
~30g carbs
~1200 calories (depending on craving though strict)
Need help with developing a workout plan, never been too great at that although my results have been nice. I do cardio 7 days a week since im cutting but still want to gain LBM once clen comes. BF currently at 12% looking to get in the 9-10 range as my goal. Forgot to add above, always take a multi v, flaxeed, and arginine ethyl ester as pre-workout.
Critique is much appreciated if it speeds up my fat loss and muscle gain. Thanks - Ace
