    Cycle Advice

    Hi everyone..my first post on the foums and Im asking for advice.

    Ive just bought a tub of Dianabol 10mg tabs and im looking for advice on a cycle that i could use, and use effectively. Ive been advised to also purchase some tamoxifen which i believe is to help stop getting bitch tits lol. Iv dabbled with dbol before and got some good results but i wasnt taking it seriously, so i stopped it altogether.

    I feel ive got a good regime going at the gym i go to and a high protein diet.
    If anyone could take the time to advise what dose i should be taking of dbol and anymore info on the use of tamoxifen (nolva) and when to use it, i would be very greatful...

    wouldnt run dbol only..
    also seems your knowledge on this is limited.. know exactly what these thing are and how they work before you start.

    ^^^ agreed completely. D-bol only would do you no good. And some bloat and water weight and that's about it. Research first bro !

    what are your stats please??

    as stated dbol by itself is NO GOOD. and will cause your natural testosterone to shut down.

    it is mainly used to kickstart a cycle with a long ester

    bowl of ready brek and banana

    mid morning snack
    2 chicken cobs, tin of tuna, pack of crisps, apple and banana

    lunch
    2 chicken cobs, pack of crisps, 2 nutrigrain bars

    pre-gym snack
    banana, tin of tuna

    post-gym
    protein shake

    dinner
    either pasta, chicken or cooked dinner. (cooked dinners vary)

    TRAINING

    monday - chest and tris
    tuesday - either swimming or cardio
    wednesday - back and bis
    thursday - cardio and abs
    friday - shoulders and legs


    GOALS

    As im naturally tall and lean my main goal is to bulk up and not look like a pencil. i know that my training is paying off at the momet but just want another boost.

    hahaha very small i think because i dont know what PCT stands for lol!

    about 5 years too young to be shutting down ALL the tons of natural hormones you have flowing through your body!!

    it would NOT be smart to do at all right now and especially NOT dblol

    your diet is the reason you are NOT growing. and dbol will only make you LOOK BLOATED as it is mostly water weight gain.

    Please get in the diet section and learn to REALLY eat, and you will grow like a weed without steroids.

    even steroids need the RIGHT FOOD in order to work properly
