Not with all steroids, e.g. lower doses of Var/T-bol won't shut down your HPTA which is what PCT helps restart in addition to controlling estrogen. Also, yes you can take creatine and protein with AAS unless you are concerned with bloating if you take something like Test/Dbol/A-50 or anything that already carries a lot of water retention.Quote:

I lift 4-5 days a week, I play basketball 2 times a week (2 hours each time) for my cardio. I eat my regular 3 meals a day, nothing crazy.
