I think a clean diet would get you what you want.....I know you dont want to hear this but at your age...your body is making enough test to keep you growning.....I would clean up your diet please feel free to post to so we can look at it....and workout hard.....also if you want post your workout....IMO
have around 800 calories per meal, inc, jacket potatoes, fish , usually tuna, some onions, and lots of brown bread. brown pasta mixed with fish.
i dry fry egg whites in the morning too.
obviously have my protein shakes, glutamine tablets, and liver cleansing.
creatine doesnt seem to be doing anything
i can max out at about 90k benching, do 4 sets, starting at 15/20kg to warm up then increase
incline dumbells
flys
cables
decline dumbells
biceps: preacher, 4 sets , 2 of which one arm based.
dumbless at incline 4 sets
and two sets of 21's
legs, squats, curls
abs, havent a clue what to do for these things really
tris, dips, crunchers, pushbacks
90kg......so less than 200 pounds......yea....no steroids for you until you can bench 315 naturally
if you're not growing add calories...simple formula

How many meals a day do you eat and what does each meal consist of, do it that way lol..
well i have had cycles before. i just feel i should be alot bigger by now! if they were legit..eat 4 meals a day
You need to be eating 8 meals a day, with an overall consumption of 4500 cals.. At your age diet is key, be real honest with yourself, are you eating anywhere near enough.. Steroids and your age can cause serious problems for natural growth...

considering i started at 10 stone last year i have gained a good 2 stone since..
