Need Help

Ok so now realizing this was the dumbest thing ever but never the less.

I got a bottle of 50ml Equpoise from a friend and he acted like he knew what he was talking about and he had been taking for a while. He said take 1cc/ml 3 times a week. I took ten shots 1cc/ml total over the past few weeks come to realize that was the WRONG thing to do and should have done research on my own and found out what all I needed. Thru asking question on forum I found out I needed to take test and that I would need PCT.

I have decied to stop completely with the equpoise since I am very uneducated. Is there anything I need to do besides stop?

do you know what the concentration of the Eq you have? that means how many milligrams are in each milliliter ??

ya find out the doseage is first thing and hope it was real weak...if you cant get pct quick go to a supplement store and get something like rebound xt...p.s dont deal with that guy anymore about roids

The bottle is in all spanish but at the top it says 50ml/

and on the side it says

Cada dois de 1ml

Boldenona 50mg
Alcohol Bencilico 30mg
aceite de ajonjoli cbp 1ml

I do no know spanish. I was looking up novidex would this be something good for PCT?
