    300mg test e 300mg deca/1 cycle/ok?

    28 years / 6'00'' height/167lbs/1 cycle
    This is what I have available..300mg test e 300mg deca week/shots mon & thur for 8 weeks, is the dosage/time ok? I know the ideal is 500mg test e -10 weeks, the goal here of course is to gain weight/muscle.
    Been working out on and off for 5 years, was 140lbs back then, so considering the weight gain on my own(work out, weight gainers,food), my age, research for 10 months, and the fact that I can't go over 167lbs no matter what, and I look too skinny still, I've decided that it's time for my 1 cycle.
    Will be eating around 3400-3800 calories (food + Nlarge protein shake), whey protein, nlarge weight gainer, zma, fish oil, multi vitamin. work out 4-5 times week.
    PCT clomid and nolva...
    Constructives suggestions /comments/questions will be much appreciated it.

    Honestly I would not look to AS yet your way to light.
    You gotta work on that diet you can get to 200 easy.

    My guess is you need to learn to eat properly. Food is always going to be your most powerfull supplement and self dicsipline is your number 1 performance enhancer.

    I put on 20 pounds over the past 6 months because I LEARNEd to eat right and at the right times.

    Anyone else can tell me anything about the dosage and 8 week cycle? I'm pretty sure I'm gonna do it so I would like to know how good/efficient it might be. Like I said I've already gained 30lbs in a couple of years and considering I have bad genetics, it's easy to say eat more and you will gain xxlbs, but when you are a hardgainer believe it's not easy at all, plus eating a lot the whole time is very difficult too. I got stuck now and can't gain any more weight.

    well if your gonna do it..
    id up the test and run it a couple weeks longer than the deca.
    how are you gonna run the clomid and nolvadex for pct?

    btw, they are right about the diet..

    so, even though we tell you that you shouldn't be doing them yet, you are gonna do it anyway??

    well that tells us alot !!!!

    Good luck with your cycle, you will lose most of anything you may gain due to your immaturity and lack of commitment to doing it correctly !!!

    bad genetics is BS, try bad DIET !!

    post what you eat in a typical day and times you eat, and we can start there

    no amount of steroids will make up for a poor diet!! we are not here to stop you , only help you do it the RIGHT WAY..this isn't something you do half assed

    If you dont; have teh time to eat enough to gain weight period then you surely aren't gunna gain using AS

    dont take me wrong I never said anyone was wrong about the diet, I appreciate the suggestions...its just ive been on my own for a couple of years and that's why I decided to come here.

    we are glad you came here, but if you are not gonna listen to people that have many years experience who are trying to keep you HEALTHY for the rest of your life, then what is the point

    we can help you with your diet, and training in order for you to take advantage of all the natural hormones you have running in you now, but don't think we are gonna help you SHUT all that off just so you can say you take steroids

    your choice?

    I know it's not an amazing diet and it needs improvement...but I've been researching for 11 months(mostly on this site) and it's better than some diets out there:

    7am Nlarge+carbo gain = 600cal/50g protein/62gcarb
    9am ham/turkey sandwich(egg,cheese,bread) or suicide potatoes + milk
    12pm lunch=chicken/fish +rice+potatoes/vegetables
    1:30pm desert= chocolate cake, twinkie
    3:30pm nlarge+carbo
    4:30pm work out
    5:30pm whey protein
    7pm dinner= I cook eod chicken/fish/steak +rice+vegetables and the next day I get a burrito or chinese food/or wendys/or homemade sandwich
    9pm fruit or desert
    10pm Nlarge+carbo

    yea diet needs work, and that is why you are not growing

    no, its not terrible, but if you want results you have to eat better.

    check out the diet section here on bulking diets

    at 6 foot, you SHOULD be able to hit 200-210 naturally, then you can look at steroids to take you further
