Bigmax, im 47 250lbs been lifting off & on my whole life. Been really dedicated the last three years havent missed a week probavly have about 16-18 % body fat been really eating clean the last year to lose fat and my age. I would like a cycle or two just to get from that good size to impressive size, and strength a little nervous about my age, thought i might start by just doing deca 400 mg a week for first cyle and then take a break and follow with deca at 250mg and sustanon 500 mg what do you think????

At 47 you should look into trt/hrt.

That is if your deff 1st cycle a very good start. make sure pct is golden thou pct is imo just as if not more important than cycle itself!

whoa you need to step back bra!!!!! first hgh is madd $$$$ and you need be running it like 6 months or so. time off = time on + pct as a gen rule.

trt is "testosterone replacement therapy", often as we age our natural levels drop, and through a doctor's care we can be prescribed test.

as for the "estrogen protection" you could run an AI through the cycle.. or atleast have nolvadex on hand incase any issues were to pop up...

pct.. i like to run 100mg clomid and 20mg nolvadex for around 30 days. you will see many different pct protocols. check out the pct forum.. read the stickies.
