    doses

    i have just started taking steriods , however im not to sure on the average dosage. as it stands i have been injecting 2ml of testosterone cypionate each week for the last three weeks? is this enough?

    age 31, height 5"11 and weight 82kgs.

    last year took an 8 week cycle but was in a motor bike accident so couldnt do any kind of work out. but now im back to full health i want to continue.

    Generally, 250mgs 2xW for 12 wks is a beginner cycle.

    yeah that was my question, the only reason i am asking is that one on my mates who has been taking for years on and off says i should increase the amount mixing it with an extra ml of equipoise .
