    3rd cycle help

    I am planning for my next cycle & was wondering if I could get some help with my formula.

    At the peak of my cycle I will be pyramiding at 1250 mgs sustanon week
    400 mgs tren enanthate week
    masteron 100 mgs eod
    primpbolan 100 mgs eod
    Liquidex if needed
    letro if needed
    tamoxifin pct
    clomid pct
    hcg 10,0000 iu

    This will be my third cycle
    6'0 215 bf 18%
    age 32.

    any info or comments would be appreciated

    I'm confused...you're pyramiding the sust (why I don't know), and running test e at the same time?

    also, third cycle, and you'r 18%bf...I'd check that diet, bro

    i would do this

    weeks 1-14 125mgs sust eod

    weeks 1-14 600mgs primo ew

    weeks 9-17 100mgs masteron eod

    weeks 10-14 500iu hcg every 4th day

    weeks 17-21 -nolva 40/40/20/20 - clomid 100/50/50/25

    adex .25mgs thuout cycle if need or nolva on hand for gyno if seen

    its not test E its trenbelone enanthate
    as far as my body fat it was 30 1 yr ago so I am going in the right direction..

    so you are saying not to use the trenbelone also the sust is 250 mgs per cc you recommend 125 mgs eod ?

    Ah, well I read to quickly, my bad.

    that's awesome progress, bro.

    I'm just saying you'll see more sides with a higher bf

    and no need to taper the sust dose

    yeah I know that my bf has got to come down quite a bit so i wont get sides. So no need to taper it is 1250 per week high . My last cycle was 1000 mgs per week I tapered it & still lost some mass?

    where to start?

    first off you shouldn't be cycling at all at that high of a bf%, much less the 30% you said you were at a year ago

    your stats definitely don't reflect the amount of gear you are using

    what were your previous cycles?
    what were your stats before you started cycling?
    what is your diet(i bet this is a problem area)

    you ran 1g/wk in your last cycle?

    yah, if you do it, don't taper at all...no need.

    In 2007 I almost died two times due to a bacterial infection I got from drinking bad water. The Water district connected us to recycled sewage line for our drinking water. Previous to 1 yr ago I was'nt trying to stay in shape I was just trying to stay alive . In Jan 2008 I made a new year resolution to get in the best physical condition I have ever been in . I did one cycle 10 yrs ago when I was 22 & then just finished my second one in January 09. The reason I did the second was because of muscular weakness due to my illness I had in 2007. When I started at 30 % I was not taking anything. My goal was to re engineer my body. I am getting there one day at a time. For the most part I have always been overweight all my life.Mostly from being sedintary lifestyle. My pant waist size was 40" now its 33 so I know I am doing pretty good . I have along way to go but I will get there.
