4 week course

Can anyone give me some advise, ive just started a four week course of deca and sust. its actually a 8 week course squashed into a 4 week.
ive tried it a year ago and gained about 14 pounds of muscle.
Although every where i look i see nothing about 4 week courses. are they not recommended or summut?

why would you do that? why not run it for 8 weeks...sust needs to be run for atleast 10 weeks..i am completley against the idea of a 4 wk cycle.. it makes no sense. how much are you taking.by the time your done with your 4 weeks your test is just then kicking in. makes no sense... run searched on the educational threads...the reason you don't see anything about 4 wk cycles is because people just don't do them...Madmax...

4 weeker for Sust...tht is a waste..it takes at least 5 weeks to kick in ....4 weeks Fina,and Winny..maybe but just to wrap up a cycle.
