    Question Newbie with a question!

    I have been thinking, what are the effects once you have done your first and second cycle with training?

    Do you find your training intensity has decreased? More tired than usual? and etc?

    I am getting towards my 30s and I have noticed that my training intensity and recovery has decreased but I am worried if I start taking AAS that when I come off my cycle my testosterone levels won't go back to what they were pre cycle.

    Hopefully someone can clear that up for me.

    It all matters on the person.
    Your PCT and training and diet will effect things alot.
    When you come off it won't be the same as on the cycle.
    But what you keep for gains and strength depends on the person

    im only 2 cycles in to this adventure but from first cycle I kept almost all my gains, and retained ALOT of the strength from on cycle. I could still push harder after cycle than I could off cycle. Brought my training to a higher level. Wether on or off.
