In athletics and been lifting since I was 14
Would it be alright for my first cycle to do just 250 a week instead of 500 for 10 weeks? What is the major difference? Isn't there a greater chance for unwanted sides at 500 compared to 250? I'm going to be using nolva and Arimidex as well.
