Do you guys inject in muscles that are sore after working out?
I'm planning on doing a thigh shot tommorow morning but my legs are somewhat sore from lifting yesterday. I thought about doing delts for the first time but my next workout is going to be back/bis and doing rows and such might be a problem with a virgin muscle.
it would be fine to hit delts.. its the next day when it gets sore anyway if its going to.. will help disperse the oil. i try and work the muscle i inject that day.
would be fine with the quads as well
Well right after working out my muscles are not "sore" as such. They still have a pump if thats what you mean. If it gives you discomfort to shoot in that muscle recently trained then choose another injection site, there are many.
If your delts are virgin muscle it may mess with your workout a little bit, so shoot the quads IMO it won't hurt anything
It does'nt matter whatever feels good to you.
