    should i do abs or cardio on cycle???

    i heard u will get a turtle shell if u do abs on juice and wut about cardio

    i am bout to take eq/winny stack

    Eq winny is a cutting cycle for most people, so cardio is a must. I don't know what a turtle shell is, but I never stop doing abs.

    Perhaps a turtle shell is an expanded gut, like the gh gut. Anabolics wont cause your intestines to grow, so i wouldnt worry about that. And you want to keep the ratio of ab strength to lowr back strength equal, so continue to work them.

    Or atleast those are my thoughts.

    I think alot of protein, ect. causes the turtle shell syndrome, I dont think it has to do with roids. It is just swelling and having the intestines full all the time. Might also be related to creatine...

    protein, creatine ...? Like BIG RED said, I've know of GH gut .. but protein gut or creatine gut?? Have you read/seen any info on that? I'm not trying to flame, just wanted to know if there has been anything written on that.

    even if your bulking i would try to do cardio maybe 1or2times a week just to keep your stamina up.
