Question
I was talked into doing the following cycle but so far not really agreeing with it a little advice please.
5 weeks 1 cc tes
4 weeks 2 cc's of tes
1 week 1 cc of tes
for a total of 10 weeks, now they believe i should just do the first 8 weeks and then do 6 weeks of decca and take 2 weeks of. What do you guys think.

Whats your age/weight/height and bf%
Do you know the dose of the test.
For your first cycle you should run test only.
Your also gunna need a PCT

and over the past 8 weeks gained aroun 26LBS so now I am 248. Don't know BF%

what research have you done?
what kind of test do you have?
what do you have planned for a PCT?
what does you diet look like?
the 26 pounds you gained was it fat or lean muscle?
Can you see your abs?

I would definitely drop some fat first.

No I cna't see abs at all. Feel bloated actually looked at a few things concerning steroids but this guy was supposed to be the know it all a trainer professionally but what he states ain't what is happening the tes is (glenika) and all he's told me about is tes and novadex. Nut this might make you laugh the original conversation was tes, wini and anavar . I thought that was too much money what he was stating but he believed I needed to stack them together.

my diet I believe is OK, I concentrate on chicken, fish, salad, alot of brocolli and very little red meat and oatmeal on occaions eggs or egg whites.

diet
I know its late but I work nights so on my off day I don't sleep. What do you suggest my diet should be. I see now my advisors are not very good no matter how good they say. They advise me I am eating well and stay between 2200 and 2500 calories daily with one day a week at whatever.
