    new cycle any suggestions on eq dose

    im gonna do a15week cycle...
    w1-w15 500mg test cyp
    now the real question i got one bottle of eq should i ..
    do 200mg over week 1-10 .. or
    do 400 mg over a 5 week spam?

    what are your stats?

    eq dose is too low to see the effects.

    not worth it, imo.

    5'9 200lbs.... bf.. prolly sume where around 14% been lifting for a long time was sidelined for 1.5 months due to slight shoulder seperation due to snowboarding... any thing else u guys need to know????

    25, ive done about 4 other cylces. so im not completly new to this but ive never used eq just mostly test deca prop dbol figured id try some thing diff i can get more eq not a huge issue sseeems like imma need alot more then 1 bottle

    eq need to be ran an extended period of time. atleast 12 weeks. as for the dose 400mg is bare minimum. better around 600
