Water Retention

Allright, I know I am holding alot of water now. This morning my wife asked me if steroids make your face bigger..WTF?!! HEHEHE...I told her that it meant I was retaining alot of water and she asked if I wanted to take one of her Midols.....anyone know if this would do any good for the water bloat? NO FLAMES...just an honest question, I know all about liquidex , but my source got busted at the same time I send him cash for it...so I lost my ass and am cycling without it...

Not sure about Midol, but make sure you're drinking more water and eating less sodium.

I don't know what your cycling but I do like excess mentioned and drink more water and eating less sodium. I never bloat bad.
