New guy, Fat, need your help!
Hi fellas, Harold here. My situation is like this: I've been overweight my whole life and I have now been working out for a solid 5 months with a couple buddies of mine. I am 21 and 5'4" 360 lbs. and 64% bodyfat, i know, don't laugh. I weighed 375 when I started 5 months ago so I have lost 15 pounds. My bench press started at 110 lbs and is up to 185 lbs, my squat started at bodyweight and i can now squat 95 lbs for 3 reps and i don't know what my deadlift was at the beginning but I can deadlift 275 now. Yesterday at the gym I was talking to a muscle guy that I know from there and he offered to sell me a bottle of Dianabol . I had to make a quick decision so I bought it and he told me to take 5 of the pink tabs a day which is 50 miligrams. I have enough for the next 24 weeks. I started it today because i feel like I really want to speed up my results so I want to use it. But I need to know if I am doing it right, I researched on line a little. Also I have a prescription for a diuretic(aldactone) because of a kidney condition I have, and I am thinking I can use that to get rid off all water and then I can just concentrate on losing the fat. Input please!!

STOP THE D-BOL!
#1 - you have a kidney condition.....
#2 - Dbol will not accelerate fatloss.... if anything you'll retain water.... which is why you're being prescribed a diuretic.
#3 - you shouldn't be running ANYTHING until you seriously diet down and workout for a long long time.
You're making good progress right now. Stay off everything and get your diet in tune...... stay dedicated in the gym..... your results will continue to pour in!
EXCELLENT JOB SO FAR! Just stop taking your DBOL...... No good is going to come of running it.

Yeah, I have made solid progress so far but it is tempting to do something to speed it up. If it is going to make me retain water I don't think I should use it, at least not for now. Can I save it for later on after I drop a lot of weight and add strength or does it expire?

G’day pal!
I don’t know as much as the other dudes on this site but my recommendation for you would be to stay off the gear. Personally before i take gear i make sure I'm fit as a fiddle.
I’m not a big man like yourself but about 3 years ago i went on a huge cutting cycle (natural). All i did was apply the rule calorie deficit = weight-loss and i managed to lose 3 kilos a week for 4 weeks. I then maintained it for a while with diet before bulking again.
Its not the healthiest thing to do so i wouldn't recommend it for an extended period but perhaps you could slowly build up to that intensity then ease off for a while, then increase it again?
Also its almost impossible to maintain muscle mass on such a high calorie deficit without gear but i think i managed quite well so i’m sure you could too if it was of concern to you.
What I'm trying to say is. Stay natural for as long as you can bro - you don't need gear to lose fat and i imagine you’re not trying to maintain muscle mass?
Also if you absolutely have to cut using gear, i would imagine a test and stana cycle would be more effective than D’bol?
Good luck mate! I look forward to hearing what the more experienced blokes have to say.
Cheers.

Dorian, I want to get a lot stronger but truthfully I don't give a rat's a$$ about maintaining muscle, I just want the fat gone. But hopefully if I keep working out and lifting I can do both. I don't count my calories, my buddies tell me I should but I think I estimate pretty well, how many calories did you have and what was your size?

Gee wizz its been a long time since i've looked at meals for their calorie value i now just think of everything in grams and how much i need... I'll have to go back and look through my old notes to find out for you.
In the meantime what I can tell you is what my diet and training schedule was.
wake up
45 minute fast walk
30g 100% whey protein shake and a banana
2 hours later
1 tin of 150g tuna and a garden salad
2 hours later
150g turkey with salad as many colours as possible
weights (four days per week)
30g 100% whey proetin and an apple
2 hours later
most days chicken sometimes kangaroo meet (leanest red meat available) with vegetables as many colours as possible
2 hours later 100% whey protein shake and sleep 8 hours
I was also takin HMB L'carnitine, ZMA. Multi Vitamins, Clacium Magnesium, Vitamin B and caffeine tabs but if i was you i would stay away from the caffeine tabs for a while...
I tried to do MMA most nights but found i didnt have the energy to train properly so i just focused on technique.
Hope this helps you mate keep up the good work!!!!

Also its impossible to build muscle and lose fat at the same time. Building muscle means excess calories (unless you know exactly what you need) losing fat means defecit calories... Unliess you're on gear then i dunno these guys will be able to tell you better than i can if you can gain muscle and lose fat on cycle... Cuz i dont know.

BH,
You're doing awesome without the gear! Drop the Dbol ...there are so many factors that say STOP now! Oh and kick the muscle guy in the nuts for giving you shitty/half ass information.

gotta disagree with this however, if you are trying to lose fat focus on losing fat, if you are trying to gain muscle try to gain muscle...your either cutting or your bulking...
get off the dbol bro, do cardio and quit eating twinkies, get your diet, cardio, weight training in check, you will see HUGE results VERY quickly.
Also you said you could squat body weight but now you can squat 95 pounds 3 reps??? not that it matters but just wondering about that...
good luck man and if u ever have any questions on diet/training etc do not hesitate to ask!
