    Lacking endurance with Test E.....

    Hello all,

    I am on the third week of a Test E cycle taking about 500-600 mg/week. I plan on finishing the last 4 weeks of this 14 week cycle with winstrol 50 mg tab/ed. So far i love my gains in both soze and strength. I have already gained at least 10 pounds, and it is only the beginning of my third week, and the first 2 weeks I only took 250-300 mg/week.

    I am in the martial arts and have been experiencing less endurance than normal both in my training and cardio....after doing some research and have seen this to be common, unless decca is added?

    My main objective was strength and some size.....

    I am lifting one day on and day off, with training in martial art everyday.

    Age: 27
    Wt: 190 (was 178 before cycle started)
    Ht: 5'10
    Body Fat: Not sure but can see upper four pack pretty well (ha)

    It is common but I have heard that EQ will help a little more with endurance as it increases red blood cell count which in turn lets your blood get more oxygen. Dea may not do it so much but does help me with sore joints/recovery time.

    Yes i heard about adding decca for the dry joints and stiffness but so far ive been ok with that, I just feel "heavier" if that makes sense

    i will be adding decca though to my next cycle though, didnt want to bring it in on this one its been a few years since my last....

    you are! lol

    also carrying and moving the extra weight does take some getting used to. I know my pullup reps go down when i add a quick 10lbs. I know I don't feel as "nimble" as i was when i wrestled and did mma after high school but that was 40-50lbs and 8 years ago

    This happened to me on my first cycle. Test E 500mg a week for 10 weeks. I think the biggest factor is overtraining. Just because you're on gear doesn't mean that you're a machine lol...I knocked my training down a lot and got better results and was no longer fatigued.

    ha yeah bro if you just threw on 10 pounds of course you are going to be lacking a bit of endurance, keep up the cardio and youll get it back....fatass haha have fun mane.
