If it is really bad you can run accutane after your cycle.
During cycle you could try arimidex.
It works good for me

i just had a load of spots after my prop cycle m8 and after a shower/bath i rub loads of talcing powder over the spotty parts and now they almost all gone in just over a week hope this helps m8 it worked wonders for me hope it does for u bud!

These acnes can be a hell of a prob on your face, shoulders and back and sometin=mes even chest. Especially when i'm on dbol, i'd make sure to have good facial cleanser, body foam when showerin and tea tree inducted cleansers would definitely help. Find out from your source. Sun-tannin would help too. Cheers

I've been using acne annihilator on my face for two weeks and it is working very well for me so far. You'd need a back brush or have your girl wash your back with it. Might want to give it a shot.

Palmolive = clear skin
I had really bad bacne after my last cycle. Never had it before in my life but it hung around for 7-8 months after my pct. I tried EVERYTHING to get rid of it.
I went out and bought some palmolive liquid dish soap and one week later I am clear.

never tried this but seen it reccommended quite often...any dish soap is what they say.

I seriously tried everything including some stuff a buddy gave me (he is a derm) and nothing worked. I got the really large painful acne.
I doubted the dish soap but after one week and being totally clear I was extremely stoked.
