After my first and second injection I dont feel so well the next day. I get this feeling that you get right before the flu. You get a bit cold and than hot. You feel tired and weak. Does this happen to anyone?

I'm guessing your doing test.
This is known as the test flu.
You get it cause of the foreign compounds being injected and your body adjusting to it and firsst trying to fight it off.

I read on a site that told me to bake my test. Are they serious?
"set your oven to 200 and place the vial on a cookie sheet and put the smallest pin you have in the stopper. Bake for 30 minutes or so. This will help evaporate out some of the BA and/or BB"

I get test flu when ever I start a cycle. It typically lasts me two days, yet I usually get the night sweats for about 5 days. I have to sleep on a bath towel due to the amount of sweating. No problem though, just part of the experience.

I wouldn't bake it. If I was really worried I would just filter it.
The BA in it will usually kill all the harmfull stuff
