im thinking about trying delts right now..i never have before..i looked on s p o t i n j e c t i o n s and i dont see how its possable to aspertate in the position..im kind of nervous...can someone give me advise

ouch 1in in delts gotta remember not everyone has the mass to put 1in into the delts, depending on how much mass you have 5/8 to 1 in. remember with winny make sure you extract with the same size pin as you inject this will avoid cloging

When i aspirate while shooting delts I just hold the syringe at the top (just below the plunger head) and I push up on the plunger with the nail side of my thumb, works well enough for me. I don't know if I explained that well enough though :P

actually doesnt matter where in the delt front,middle or back..U have three muscles in that region! I go about 2 or 3 fingers down off my shoulder bone.

ME TOO !!! I used to use 5/8" for Delts and then I was like ya know what... AAS are supposed to be injected DEEP IM ... so that's when I moved to the 1"ers for everything but the BUTT !!

im too scared iv been sitting here forever trying to get the balls to do this...iv been shooting quads eod and i really need to get use to delts...im just scared..my shoulder just seems so much smaller than my quads..idk im just scared..im like breaking down
