    Gynocomastia and new cycle

    I got quite bad Gynocomastia from novice cycles i took a few years ago. Im thinking now of doing a cycle but what would be the best things to take. Im not to fussed about the size i gain, i just wana get a better shape as i train very hard and still dont like taking my top off. Also how can i tell the stuff i pay out for is ledgit. Thanks for reading and all help is more than welcome.

    well you are not gonna like what i have to say but your can gain plenty natty and your bodyfat is too high to cycle. not only are you at a greater risk for adverse health effects, 19% bodyfat will make you more prone to gyno as well. If you want to get in better shape then work on your diet, step up the cardio, and revamp your workout routine. you will be more than pleased with the results.

    Cheers for that, what Body fat percentage should i try get down to? I wouldnt say i was fat, i have abs and 19% is in the average for my age / hight. Il work on my cardio more now and get back to yous in a few weeks.

    Personally would get to under 15% as a maximum
