Welcome.
To be honest, 6'1" and 175lbs is too small to be running your first cycle, to be that size after 4 cycles means there are serious problems with your diet, training, or both.
What were your starting stats before the first cycle?

Hey guys, yea i know it seems pretty small for 4 cycles but i ran into some problems....
First off i stared out at 135lbs.. yeah really skinny for a guy 6'1" then i stopped workingout and got lazy for awhile. I got really bogged down with school after my 2nd cycle which had me up at 183lbs. I stopped workingout for about 6 months and lost almost all my gains. Befor my last cycle i was sitting at about 168lbs. Thats when i did the test ent 500mg and tren 300mg. I only gained 10 pounds over the whole 12 weeks. But i didnt lose much so guess it was alright. Im 175 and been clean for about 5 months now. Im looking to get back up to 183 - 185lbs or more again with this cycle. i think i may have been trying ot cobat the gyno effects to much and been limiting my gains also.
As far as my diet, I have a really fast matabolism and am a hard gainer so i eat like its my job, but basically any and everything. No real plan. Try to eat 8 times a day if i can with lots of protien and carbs.
My training routine has been 5 days a week weekends off. sometimes i go in for one day on the weekend. Basically.. Monday Bis, Tues Tris, Weds Legs, Thurs back, Fri chest and shoulders.
I have changed it up and don the whole back and bis thing and chest and tris thing and so on..

that is the problem, while i do agree that some people have a harder time gaining than other, the term hard-gainer is thrown around alot and used as a safety blanket that people(not necessarily you) use to make themselves feel better about start AS or eating shit
post everything you eat tomorrow, amounts and macros if possible, let's get that diet in check before you consider your next cycle, i promise you'll like the results

You only have enough test e for 10 weeks at a dose of 750/wk.....not 12 like you stated

first dont run HCG through pct.. maybe the last few weeks leading up to pct.
i stop hcg before i start any pct meds.
as for the cycle.whats the deal with weeks 13 and 14.. no test.
and if your running prop up to you start pct you would run it 3 weeks past the eq not 2
how about this.
eq 1-14
test e 1-14
prop 1-4 and 14-17

k so with the gear I have, what do u suggest to get the most out it. Keeping in mind I get gyno from looking at steroids .

^^^ just run the test @ 500/week ....do the rest of the sycle as mammon suggested .....plus id beef up that pct - clomid only at 50/day is too weak imo ..plus as mammon said run hcg up to pct ...not during...

Just get another bottle bro and do it right so you gain what you want and get that diet in check man.. seriously... you dont wanna waste your money by not having enough Gear sooo... do urself a favor and just get MORE. No sense in running a half @ssed cycle ya know what I mean?? You really need a plan (diet) if you are going to be cycling... it's an absolute necessity.... DIET ..then TRAINING... then SUPPLEMENTATION !!!

it also seems you dont' have the real commitment mentality to stick with weight training and diet that you NEED in order to run steroids ..
you do a cycle then stop training......then you do a cycle and stop training.....
How about we get you up to a SOLID 200-210 BEFORE you touch another steroid and then lets see if you are still dedicated to growing correctly?
NO OFFENSE intended, but I do not think you should be using any steroids at this point at all

So i started at 130lbs, trained for 6 months before cycling. I started my first cycle at 142lbs. Did a 10 week run of test ent 250mg, deca 200mg(I believe). i think i got up to 162lbs at my peak then dropped down to 158lb after pct and such. Stared my next cycle after the appropriate waiting period which was test ent 500mg, deca 300mg for 10 weeks with dbols frontloaded. This got me up to 183lbs during my peak, then after pct and more training i kept 175lbs. Then i stopped trainng for 6 motnhs and eating regularly and lost weight. Im the type of person that if im not going to the gym and eating regularly i lose weight fast. I ended up down at 166lbs when i started training and eating right again i got up to 170lbs. Then i did a a T400mg, and 300mg deca run but didnt gain much of that and got a bad case of gyno. Then i did a cycle of test ent 500mg and tren 250mg and got even more gyno and only ended up at 175lbs. I beleive the gyno and prolactin i got from my last cycle was due to poor information regarding taking nolva with this cycle.
N e ways, is it really that hard to beleive i am where i am given these course of events? I know i need to get my diet in check.
Any recommendations as far as a training routine? I have been going 5 days a week forever and always have. Mostly one body part a day, 8 - 10 reps 3 -4 sets when on juice. higher reps when im not.
