I haven't worked out for 10 years. Recently I started taking
some supplements and literally just getting back into the gym.
Not even 3 days now.
I have been thinking about a cycle but too debating. Right
now I am about to start the Gaspari's lean mass stack.
Here is my cycle I am thinking about. I have never taken
gear before. Suggestions? Should I start now? Should I
wait? again, any suggestions? is it too much? Improvement
on horrible diet when getting on cycle? etc... Anything would
help.
My soon to be maybe/First cycle ever
Week 1 to 10: 400mg of EQ weekly

Week 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
Week 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
Week 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily

My Diet as follows,
Morning Protein Shake,
lunch (turkey sandwich),
Protein Shake/Liquid Vitamins
Dinner Protein shake/Liquid Vitamins
Bed time Protein shake/Liquid Vitamins
Maybe some pasta here and there?!
