Needing/Wanting PROfessional opinion.
Here we go.
I haven't worked out for 10 years. Recently I started taking
some supplements and literally just getting back into the gym.
Not even 3 days now.
I have been thinking about a cycle but too debating. Right
now I am about to start the Gaspari's lean mass stack.
Here is my cycle I am thinking about. I have never taken
gear before. Suggestions? Should I start now? Should I
wait? again, any suggestions? is it too much? Improvement
on horrible diet when getting on cycle? etc... Anything would
help.
My soon to be maybe/First cycle ever
Week 1 to 10: 400mg of EQ weekly
(((<--- should this be taken all at once at 400mg or split
up during the week?)))
Week 1 to 10: 25 mg provimed daily
Week 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
Week 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
Week 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
CLENBUTEROL FOR PCT
What's in it?
2 x PROVIMED 50 mg -Balkan- size 20 tabs
1 x CLENBUTEROL 40 mcg -Balkan- size 50 tabs
1 x NOLVADEX (TAMOXIMED) (tamoxifene) 10mg/tab -Balkan-
size 100 tabs
3 x CLOMID 50mg -Balkan- size 10 tabs
2 x EQUIPOISE (BOLDENONA-E) 10ml vial -Balkan- 1 vial
And is this a good cycle?
Here is my Stats:
27 (almost 28)
5'9-10"
240-250 lbs (short round shit I am)
Body Fat % (considered obese)
Ideal weight (per a health thing) 170lbs
My Diet as follows,
Morning Protein Shake,
lunch (turkey sandwich),
Protein Shake/Liquid Vitamins
Dinner Protein shake/Liquid Vitamins
Bed time Protein shake/Liquid Vitamins
Maybe some pasta here and there?!
PROfessional opinion?

you need to diet and train properly for at least a year before you cycle anything, get your bf% below 15% and get your body in shape for a cycle.
Horrible diet, start a thread in the diet forum and some of our gifted guys like Phate will help you out.

Yah, no need to cycle now, bro.
Get back in shape and shed that fat.
Your diet will be the determining factor in that, trust me.
I suggest you head over to the diet forum, post up your diet there, and let the experts help you.

Bro, congrats on getting back into shape. I think the best thing for you right now is to eat good and train hard, cut your fat and let your muscles start to grow naturally. Then years from now, when you reach your physical pateu then think about juice.

I have seen many people I know jump right in and start going at it. I always say, do it right the first time so it's Worth it.

lol EQ only cycle, glad to see you made the right decision because that cycle would just have been a whole waste of cash.
