New need advice I need to step up my game
Im a newbie here and need some advice. I have been training off and on for 4 years now Its extremely hard for me to gain any mass, sure I get stronger and a tad bigger but I see no results, I try to eat big and do everything right to get the results but I was unfortunite to be blessed with horriable jeans. I want to start seeing some results I train very hard and want some recommendations on products to use as a person that is going into this new?
Thanks!

Wouldn't getting stronger and bigger be a result?
You need to eat more if you can't gain.

I like Tommy Hillfiger jeans myself. we can find you some jeans that will work for you don't worry, but we need stats first

well off and on training is NOT gonna get you gains
This is a marathon, not a sprint
you need to gain about 20 more lbs NATURALLY before you should be using steroids
Meaning that your DIET and Training is where you need to work on things

^Agreed, post up your current diet in the DIET section when you got a minute and we'll take a look. More times than not, that's where the problem lies.

again my grammar isnt the best thats why I went into visual arts Haha I mean I try to get 180 grams or more of protein daily.
I train hard but I never stay on high levels of testosterone and creatin for more then 12 weeks then I take a 6 week break then back on for 12. I train hard but am never able to really get the results I want, I have had a lot of people in my family have the same problems it seems like I can do the same thing as the guy next to me but he progress's twice as fast, im just looking for that extra edge, thanks guys!

after the 12 weeks on test.. you run PCT ?
you get bloodwork done. after pct that would be like no time off.

You can force your body in most cases to give you the results you want. It sounds like on your case you need information, after you read the diet section stickies, and watch the videos, then cruise the work out forums section. Posting your diet will get you a lot of resluts I am sure.
And DO NOT touch steroids again until you know what you are talking about. Good luck bro.
