You should edit your email off.
    What is your age/weight/height/bf%
Deca detection time is 18 months
You should definitely never run deca alone.
For a first run test only should be used

    Stats?
    Age
    Height?
    Weight?
    Training experience?

Just so were clear are you doing DECA ONLY cycle? (meaning your not test)

    BIG MISTAKE

I will await details before I explain

    Firstly, welcome to AR!

Secondly, Deca is detecable for up to 18months. So if testing is an issue, id avoid Deca.

And finally, please list the following stats.

    age
    height
    weight
    bf%
    diet summary/# meals per day
    years lifting / workout split
    cycle experience
    pct/estrogen control knowledge
    goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)

These seem VERY inflated for someone your weight, height, and to a lesser extent age. The squats especially, your max is only 15lbs heavier than what you can do for 8 reps? And the incline bench is at 200lbs, for 10, and yet flat bench is 225 for 3? also i take

MRI black powder as a pre workout and anabolic O.D. as a post workout

Sorry buddy, not to flame. But i dont think i believe those numbers. As well as, needless to say, 19 years old is ENTIRELY too young for AAS.

But if those numbers are true, then you should have no issues continuing to train naturally to reach your full potential.

my bench and squat are weird because i tore all the ligaments in my right shoulder about 14months ago and my collor bone is higher so squating is hard because the bar is uneven and it hurts and my right cant go down all the way for bench so if u dont believe me whatever

also i took a body fat test not the onle in water but on a 3 thousend dollar scale and i was 6.3%

Whatever the case is here bro, you need to study the diet section, the supplement section, and the work out section. But whatever you do stay away from AAS right now.

First reason is you don't know what you are doing yet, second is you have no idea what you are doing yet, and I guess the rest of the reasons are you're too young(I am second guessing the 19 because of the other inconsistencies), you haven't reached your maximum natural potential yet, and you do cardio twice a week, eat 4000 calories a day and have 6.3% BF. One of these statements don't fit with the others. You are not telling us the truth for some reason, so what are you hiding and why.

    Study son.

i have no reason to lie....i wrestled and my season is over so i dont do as much cardio as normal i used to do 7days cardio and lift light
the reason i eat 4k calories is because when i was cutting weigth i would eat about 1000 to 1200 a day to keep my weight low i wrestled 133 im a small guy and for anyone who thinks i lie about my stats i cant do too much weigh on bench or squat bc my shoulder hurts...i COULD DO it but it hurts alot so i choose not to i dont want to hurt myself more then already also WHY WOULD I LIE OR HIDE ANYTHING!?

Taking steroids at 19 years old for aspirations in junior college is not the answer.

I had tons of friends in junior college who in the end up dropping out and coming back home to go to college because it wasn't worth it.

You are risking your health in the future for what? Some extra pounds? I doubt you want to be dealing with erectile dysfunction issues when your in your 20's. I have seen it happen to some of the smartest kids at the age who knew alot about AAS and took all precautions.

It's just not recommended at the age, the body is still hormonally growing and when you introduce powerful hormones it tells the body to stop producing its own. So you can see where the problems could arise.
