    While on Cycle?

    On a pretty standard cycle of Test E and dbol kicker, should I also continue with creatine/NO or keep that for later during PCT

    Also how much aerobics should I get in during a cycle
    light, moderate, a lot or none

    BTW this is my 1st cycle

    What are your stats?
    You can keep on the sups no problem,
    Cardio is up to you and your goals.

    Id drop the creatine. No sense in more water weight.

    6 meals - 3 shake (1/2 dose, eggwhites, flaxseed oil), Lunch, supper, afternon snack and late supper

    no cycle exp. 1st cycle 500mg test E, 40mg dbol 4 weeks, Nolva clomid pct and HCG last 2weeks of my cycle and 2 weeks before PCT (4 weeks total)

    Current goal to be huge - Yes I want to be shamelessly big

    Should I keep the NO?

    I would say you are good to go.
    How long are you gunna run it?
    IMO sups are up to you they aren't really gunna hurt anything.
    I run creatine.

    i would like to see your diet in detail, and i mean detail, amounts and macros if possible

    no point in running supps on cycle except a good preworkout mix and some liver protectants, multiV etc...

    Thats a good cycle and PCT.

    Unfortunatly, i dont think youre ready for a cycle.

    Please show me your days food intake.

    Something like this...

    EXAMPLE

    Meal 1
    8 egg whites
    4oz of mixed veggies
    80G's of oats

    Meal 2
    6 oz chicken
    7.5 oz cooked sweet potato
    1 table spoon olive oil
    ETC...

    And PLEASE include the weight of the food.

    no point in running supps on cycle except a good preworkout mix and some liver protectants, multiV etc...
    100% on that one!

    Sorry guys when I read this post i didn't catch the no cycle exp. I just seen then 1st cycle 500mg test e ,40mg dbol for 4 weeks and I thought he was saying his first cycle my bad.

    I am planning on 10weeks, wait equal or more time off and get another cycle probably the same again this year.

    Next year I will introduce other flavors with Test.

    How come you don't think he is ready WAR?
    Also in the case of a first cycle kicking with dbol I would go 20-30mg

    Test is test and will basically have the exact same effect no matter the ester.
    You should post up your meal plan for the bros

    i like the idea of running creatine on cycle as anabolic steroids increase phosphocreatine synthesis. whats it gonna hurt? supps work the same on cycle as well as off. also i feel it should be implemented in post cycle as well.

    i agree with this as long as his water retention doesn't become a problem, but if his diet, blood serum levels, sodium intake, and estrogen levels are kept in check this shouldn't be a problem

    Bad diet off cycle = Bad diet on cycle my friend. Thats why hes not quite ready.

    At least IMO.

    But at least he is researching, ill give him that!

    True about the diet.
    Im not a diet pro but I would say with alittle research and tweeking it will be good and your not too far off.
    On the weight I was iffy and I would say he is border line there.

    I agree about the weight. Its so so. If he got to 165 with his current diet, I think he could reach about 175 with proper diet though.

    Which would mean an extra 10lbs before the cycle, which equals an extra ten afterwards.

    Ok I will try my best. I am East Indian so a lot of our food is meat, rice, fish cooked in spices and gravy not sure how to break that

    Meal 1: 7am (shake contents)
    Pro2scoopes, 6TbS Egg whites, 1 Tbspn falx seed oil
    Total cals 658: 36,88,18 (pro,carb,fat)

    Meal 2: Lunch (eat outside) or from home
    outside:subway 6" or a roatbeef panini sandwhich with booster juice(similiar to smoothie king) banana shake with protein
    Inside: 2 maybe 3 cups of rice with a serving of meat and then milk 2 cups

    Meal 3: GLass of mile with 6tbs of egg whites
    cals154.5 pro19 carb14 fat2.5

    Meal 4: Come home, 1 panini, either 2 bowls of rice or, 2meat servings with gravy + 2cupsMilk and 6tbs egg whites
    1 panini+milk+6tbs egg whites = 446.5 p31 c66 fat6.5 + rice or meat servings

    Meal 5: SHake listed on top

    WORKOUT

    Meal 6: (Light) - tuna, friedd fish, or sandwhich, sometime arbys, or wendys

    Meal 7 before bed: Shake again


    My total for today was:
    3033.5 p186 cb380 ft85.5 (on the conservative side)


    I dont have exact cals of some of the items I have listed here with. I did have them on my spread sheet % break down by macro but my computer crashed and I had to reformat the disk. I am making a new nutrition log of the items I eat as I eat them again

    I hope this make sense

    Yes you are right, Too pack on more cals I switched to a weight gainer which has more carbs, but instead of the whole 4 scoops I try to break it 2 scoops which reduces the protein and so I compensate it with egg whites and flax seed oil.

    I will get the protien to 200-220g range

    you need to learn to get your diet down without relying on shakes. they have their place but should not be a staple or a cruch. it will take some more effort and planning on your part but the benefits will be worth it.

    Check out the stickys in the diet sections.
    There is one with videos with Milos its awesome you will learn a ton watch them.
    I think you might wanna hit closer to 400g of protein a day.
    I would also becarful on the carb intake.
