Id drop the creatine. No sense in more water weight.

IMO sups are up to you they aren't really gunna hurt anything.

And PLEASE include the weight of the food.
100% on that one!no point in running supps on cycle except a good preworkout mix and some liver protectants, multiV etc...

i like the idea of running creatine on cycle as anabolic steroids increase phosphocreatine synthesis. whats it gonna hurt? supps work the same on cycle as well as off. also i feel it should be implemented in post cycle as well.

Im not a diet pro but I would say with alittle research and tweeking it will be good and your not too far off.
On the weight I was iffy and I would say he is border line there.
I agree about the weight. Its so so. If he got to 165 with his current diet, I think he could reach about 175 with proper diet though.
Which would mean an extra 10lbs before the cycle, which equals an extra ten afterwards.![]()
Ok I will try my best. I am East Indian so a lot of our food is meat, rice, fish cooked in spices and gravy not sure how to break that
Meal 1: 7am (shake contents)
Pro2scoopes, 6TbS Egg whites, 1 Tbspn falx seed oil
Total cals 658: 36,88,18 (pro,carb,fat)
Meal 2: Lunch (eat outside) or from home
outside:subway 6" or a roatbeef panini sandwhich with booster juice(similiar to smoothie king) banana shake with protein
Inside: 2 maybe 3 cups of rice with a serving of meat and then milk 2 cups
Meal 3: GLass of mile with 6tbs of egg whites

Meal 4: Come home, 1 panini, either 2 bowls of rice or, 2meat servings with gravy + 2cupsMilk and 6tbs egg whites

I dont have exact cals of some of the items I have listed here with. I did have them on my spread sheet % break down by macro but my computer crashed and I had to reformat the disk. I am making a new nutrition log of the items I eat as I eat them again

Yes you are right, Too pack on more cals I switched to a weight gainer which has more carbs, but instead of the whole 4 scoops I try to break it 2 scoops which reduces the protein and so I compensate it with egg whites and flax seed oil.
I will get the protien to 200-220g range
you need to learn to get your diet down without relying on shakes. they have their place but should not be a staple or a cruch. it will take some more effort and planning on your part but the benefits will be worth it.

There is one with videos with Milos its awesome you will learn a ton watch them.
I think you might wanna hit closer to 400g of protein a day.
I would also becarful on the carb intake.
