    Talking Cycle help please???

    Hey you guys im looking at doing a cycle of Dbol and test equipoise . just seeing what amounts you guys recomend. what do you think my gains will be like
    im 5'10" 242 BF%= no idea lol sorry. im big and buff not cut so i got some extra i would say somewhere around 15 to 20%

    raw maxes
    Bench 330
    Squat 440
    Deadlift 430


    training for powerlifting
    gear lifts are
    420 bench
    550 squat
    430 dead lift(weak grip) easily out pull my grip just really started deadlifting so go easy on me lol.


    if you guys could kinda steer me in the right direction on the amounts i should take through out the cycle

    like i said before
    5'10" 242
    bf around 20% and no i cant see my abs i can definitely feel them lol
    about 6 years lifting/
    chest back Mon Wed Sat
    squats dead lifts tues sunday
    arms shoulders little support muscle work friday

    no estrogen control knowledge
    i did a cycle of just test a couple years back but i wouldnt call it a cycle lol more like a trial stage, i got freaked out one time and stopped.

    my goals would be somewhere around
    raw lifts ~370 bench maybe more idk what to expect
    squat~ 515
    dead lift ~500
    gear lifts
    bench 480+
    squat 650+
    dead lift 575+
