Height 6ft 1 (184cm)
Weight 87kgs
body fat i think around 20 well that what these scales say tha i use but i dont think there right (i know alot recomend not to take aas with a bf% over 15 but on my previous cycyes i found i did lean up as my diet was better while i was on it
ive been training in the gym for 4 years played rugby leage and did trach and field since i was a kid
past experiences with AAS
3 cources 1st was 1.5 years ago very light half a mil of sus350 and half a mil of decca a week for 5 weeks
2nd was 1 mil super test 300 and 1 mil of decca 300 a week for 4 weeks
3rd was 1ml of super test and 1ml of decca 300 twice a week for 4 weeks
gained ok results all 3 times obviously better each time as the doses went up was wondering if my cycles are too short and dosages the last time are high enough.
i train 4-5 days a week get through each body part once and usally do 1 or 2 twice a week at the start and end of the week if i go the 5th day
diet is ok can always be better
breakfeast cereal or oates in the morning
1 peice of fruit or protein shake morning snack
chicken rice salad for lunch
afternoon uslaly a yougert then a protien 2 hours before i train
i train at around 6pm just to add
i usaly take a no xplode before i train
and the cell mass after
then dinner usally chicken broocoli and toast
i live with parents so sometimes can be pasta or some greek food
so lots of carrbs i know bad but better then not eating ???
and a shake if im still hungry before bed
ok guys critasie away lol
nah i know its far from perfect but bare in mind i dont do this as my career and lifestle factors affect my routien
but id love some advice form some people who ahve been through it all before
Just wondering what sort of a cycle you guys would recomend and healty criticism is welcome

doesn't sound like you did much research before you started taking steroids as your cycles were poorly planned
Did you do any PCT after these cycles?
Your diet is not that good at all for bodybuilding
What are you looking for exactly? What are your goals in doing another cycle and are you willing to take the time to correct ALL your past mistakes and do this right or do you just "Want to do Steroids"??
