This does look like a good first time go-around. As for the prop. Is that all you have? Just enough to get you through wk 1-4? I understand your reasoning for pre-loading. If you don't mind injections, i'd say hit 75mg prop ED (I personally do 100mg).
Your levels should stay nice at that dose. You will also avoid that brief shut-down before the E kicks in as well as getting a "jumpstart" so to speak off the test. Either way you can't go wrong. If in fact you do not have enough to run 75mg ED, but you don't mind ED injections. I'd say do 50mg ED. This will all boil down to preference. The important part here is that your going the right direction with things. I like seeing first timers on here. Granted some of their questions may be silly, at least they are researching as opposed to just following what their friends suggested.
To answer your other question. 45 min of cardio/day is a LOT for bulking. I'd drop that down to 2-3 days/week. Don't worry so much about bloat, concentrate more on your diet. I don't have experience with proviron so I won't answer on that. For future cycles, look into HCG and AI's. You should be good here since your running a relatively low dose. I am just a pretty strong believer in HCG. I used to break out on my back during my PCT and months after until researching and finally deciding to try HCG. Everyone reacts differently though. I am more acne prone than others.
