    Test Prop/Tren ace

    Hi guys.

    Stats:
    Lenght: 181 cm
    Weight: 210 lbs in start of cycle
    BF around 11-12% before cycle
    Training for 6 years
    Age: 25 years old
    Protein intake: About 250g/ED
    Calorie intake: About 4000 ED

    Started my third cycle, first time Tren .

    150 MG Test Prop EOD for 10 weeks
    100 MG Tren Ace EOD for 8 weeks
    HCG last 2 weeks and a good PCT combo

    Im training hard EOD at the gym, and do cardio 1 hour bicycle everyday to work 5 days /week.

    Tomorrow I`m starting my third week on this cycle, and my Weight is now 220 lbs. Also leaning out alot!

    But the problem I have (maybe not a big problem) is that I really feel alot of smaller then I did before. Maybe its becouse of the BF going down.

    When do you guys get the visable effect from the gains (if we exclude fatburning) ??

    I really hope I will get some mass also, becouse otherwise Im gonna end up as a schredded straw

    I think my calorie intake is near what it should be, Im getting some small fat on the stomach, the other parts are shredding.

    My last Cyp cycle, it took 7-8 weeks for me before starting to see the muscle gains, so it really takes a while for my weird body.

    Forgot to tell what feelings I have under the start of cycle:
    week 1-2 awsome sexdrive, better stamina on the gym, never get tired in the muscles, fast recovery. Dont know if Im stronger, had a little shoulder injury(bench press) in beginning of week 2 so I have done more reps and not maxing out on the exercises.

    End of week 2, The pumps are getting really good, super hard in the body. Really bad sexdrive- Dont know if this is estrogen or prolactin related though..

    You probably are leaning out, i started the same cycle 7 weeks ago and have look way more shreaded and leaner. Ive also lost 15 pounds but im picking up 15 percent more weight in the gym. Tren isnt a bulker, so your not going to come out of this gaining 30 pounds like you could on test c or E.

    Not necessarily. You can certainly BULK on TREN .. so in essence you made a false statement. What you shiould have said TREN isnt the best bulking compound out there but it does have the ability to do so. ...



    oh and to the thread starter... try increasing your protein intake i feel that 250 mgs of protein everyday isnt enough... and the fact you do an hour a day of cardio might be burning a lot of the possible muscle tissue you could be gaining.... just a thought...

    try taking in 325-350 mgs ED of protein for a couple weeks and see how that treats ya !!!

    x2^^ I agree.... I think you should increase your protein intake to 350-400 GRAMS not milligrams.... ;] i'm sure that was just a brain fart typo right the deuce? Also instead of 1 hour cardio maybe just drop it down to 30 minutes or so..... 1 hour might be over kill for what your goals sound to be.....

    LOL !!!! yes sir it certainly was... hahha cant believe i made that kinda mistake... yah try and drop that cardio down bro

    be patient mate your only 3 weeks in youve gained 10lbs which is a lot for this stage in the cycle, def agree with the last 2 posts, up the protein. As for the low sex drive itsb prob prolatin related, i always take caber @ 0.5mg e3d when running 19nors, works a treat.

    as for the sex drive.. caber + adex would prob do you right... that's a pretty high dosage of test and tren your doing.. im doing 50mg ed of each and am still taking an ai and caber

    Thx for the answers all bros.

    I shall do the cardio 2 weeks more, its the only way for me to get my ass to work, haha. My Skyline is soon ready.

    I`m gonna up the protein 100g, and add some B6 (Dont have caber/bromo), see if the libidio is going up.

    Youre right, tren maybe isnt the best bulker.. But Test is test, and thats a awsome mass builder. If I wanted bulker Id choose NPP isntead or something. Now I want to lean out little, and pack some aswome quality muscle mass on top of that. So Im not in for a bulker .

    Yeah 10 lbs is quite nice in 3 weeks. Think the most part is on my legs, and maybe some water

    Hey.
    Added some B6, seems to work pretty good for libido, even if its just a vitamin .

    Have upped the protein and carbs, still same cardio as before. Thought I could have some lazy days off on the weekend, but my GF have activated me in other ways so that isnt good

    Everyday, Im just feeling smaller. I really hope it will be harden up period, and then in week 4-5 the mass is starting to shine. Or else I really dont like it.

    The Weight is the same today.

    What do you say about the gains, I know tren maybe isnt give that explosive muscle gains, but have seen alot of people growing really really good on it even if they even didnt added test prop.

    In what week does your gains starting to show?

    Also gonna switch to ED injection, see if the sides are less and results better..
