Some will use a 5/8 in some spots

Im a dude I just remember using whinny and it was hard as hell to take that thick oil out and it took for ever to inject too.

So u guys recomend 18g to draw and 23g 1" to inject?

I draw with a 23 and shoot with a 25. 18 can shred the rubber stopper in the vial.

Change the needle on the end of the syringe, they come off.

so you are injecting with a fresh sharp pin, and most people prefer to draw with a larger pin than they inject with so they can draw faster.

Doesn't matter how long you wait, has no effect on when to train.

sust will have to build up in your system, there is no immediate difference in feeling (other than a placebo effect in some). whether you inject 5 minutes before you lift or a day before you lift it wouldn't make a difference.

i prefer to shoot sust eod. the gains were the same for me either way, but I had less sides with more frequent injections.
