    second cycle please help

    hey guys is this ok for a second cycle ?



    Weeks 1-14: 500mg test Enanthate , 400mg deca , 200mg Trenbolone Enanthate


    Weeks 15-16:500mg test Enanthate, 400mg deca

    PCT week 16 100mg Clomid ED + clen + 25mcg T3

    Weeks 17: 50mg Clomid ED + clen + 25mcg T3

    Weeks 18: 50mg Clomid ED +clen+ 25mcg T3
    clen doses will go by feel but from what ive read similar to

    Day 1 60mcg
    Day 2 60mcg
    Day 3 60mcg
    Day 4 80mcg
    Day 5 80mcg
    Day 6 80mcg
    Day 7 100mcg
    Day 8 100mcg
    Day 9 100mcg
    Day 10 120mcg
    Day 11 120mcg

    Cycle History: sus 250 and stan.( was done incorrect didnt do research was not a *product)

    to much for a 3rd cycle mate IMO. no need for the tren in there. the deca will suffice. maybe just up the deca a bit to 600 and leave the tran for a later cycle. 2 19nors is for a very experienced user.

    It would be a good idea to wait the correct amount of time before starting PCT.
    It would also be a good idea to stop the deca a couple wks before the test.
    It would also be a good idea to run some HCG at some point as you are taking two 19 nors.
    It would also be a good idea to do a little research on the steroids and how they work so that you at least have a basic idea of what you are doing.

    good , good and good plus thanks.

    so basicly drop the tren run higher deca , and just run those 2 compounds for the 14 weeks and the test E for the last 2 weeks.

    so in that case what pct would you reccomend and what frames and doses, id like to use clen and clomid would that be ok,

    I know almost every one says read more BUT im finding the more i read the more im getting confused. Sorry if my questions seem silly but thats why. i read up on tren and it sounded sweet. any ways what would you do then?

    id use nolvadex and clomid.. maybe run HCG through the cycle or at the end before pct.

    i run 100mg clomid and 20mg nolvadex for 30 days or so..

    why do you want to run clen /t3 during pct, don't you want to keep gains?

    pct is the time when you are most likely to lose your gains from the cycle as your natural testosterone is being restored, which also means the artificial test is out of your system, during pct you need to diet perfectly(you should be doing this to begin with) to ensure you keep your hard earned gains

    clen and t3 are both used in fat burning, which means they will cause your body to burn more calories, decreasing available nutrients that your body needs to keep muscle, t3 also has a tendency to cause the body to burn muscle for energy, further reducing your gains
