    1 st cycle opinons PLEASE

    i was going to start 1st cycle w/sust.250 after reading on here decided for the testabol enanthate -250 twice per week.500 mg. it comes in 10ml mutlidose bottles and 250mg per ml.quest. is how many bottles do i need for 10 wk cycle.as 4 pct i have 40x10mg nolva on hand and clomid 50x50mg is this agood beginner blueprint for decent results,or should i opt for the test.-depot. honestly dont know 1 from another any input would be greatly apprciated thanks for reading

    250mg= 1ml you have a 10ml bottle meaning you will need 2 bottles.
    You will need to get more nolva but you have enough clomid.
    Pct would start 2 weeks arfter your last test shot...
    Imo i would get something else for an ai...

    there arent bad sides with just test only cycle right,if im wrong what would u recommend?

    sides are determined by alot of variables, bf%, diet, proneness to estrogen, etc...


    what are your stats
    age
    weight
    height
    bf%
    training exp
    diet?

    age 30,175#,5'8" 14-15%BF exp.2.5 yrs (when i started i weighed 155#) diet 2800-3000 cal. 180-200g. pro. 250-300g. carb and 50-65g fat. does everything seem 2 b in line

    you're a little light IMO, but at 30 it's your choice, your diet looks like it could use some work, but for perspective i'm 5'8 195 at around 10%, but i haven't cycled yet and won't for a little while longer

    it's your call, but in either case it looks like your diet could use some critiquing so post everything you eat for a day and we'll look at it, btw the macros you posted are only around 2500cal at the high end
