    Mid Cycle drop, Anavar the answer>

    Current stats

    83kg
    23% BF
    178cm


    Currently on week 8 of following cyle

    week 1 - 5 Anabol 10 50mg day
    week 1- 10 Test E 400mg week
    week 1 - 12 Deca 500mg week

    up until week 7 the increase in muscle mass, strenght gains great 5kg gained, now taken out the anabol on week 5 and just on the deca and test the weight gains have stopped, someone suggest to drop in anavar or clen to pick up the gains and work with the Test and Deca. Hmmm not sure about that one, anyone got any advice on how to optimize the last 5 weeks of this cycle?????/

    Clen won't help with gains.
    Big problem you should be running your test atleast one week longer then your deca.
    You BF is way too high to be cycling.
    What is your cycle history?

    for starters your stats indicate you shouldn't even be on cycle, then we need to consider that test needs to be run longer past the end of deca, running test for 10 and deca for 12 is an awful idea, the weight gained early is probably water from the anabol.

    cycle

    week 1 - 5 Anabol10 50mg day
    week 1- 12 Test E 500mg week
    week 1 - 11 Deca 400mg week

    As per recommendation

    1st time on injectible cycle

    Have done 5 cycles previously with just orals, (because lack of knowledge.) now following injectible cycle as per steroid.com cycle information.

    Up to week 8 now, have a stop on growth, followed da cycle as per recommended, BF is 13%, now sitting at 83kg, no more growth, have 4 weeks left of the cycle and want to keep progressing with the gains, hence why asking advice.......



    BF 13%
    Height 178cm
    Weight 83kg

    Diet: 8 small - medium sized meals a day, fish, chicken (lean meats. Salads carbs, fruit.)
    Amino tabs 3 times a day
    Protein shakes 3 times a day

    which is high, the 23% he initially said it was, or the 13% he changed it to in post 9, which prompted me to ask for pics so we can see if he needs diet help lol.

    1 hour bicpes, tripceps and legs,
    night 7.00pm
    1 hour chest, back, lats, shoulders

    Diet
    6.00am protein shake, 2 bananas, 40gr yoghurt

    7.30am thai breakfast (in thailand.) fried rice, noodles etc approx 120gr

    10.00am whole toast 2 slices and 2 eggwhites fried

    11.00am Thai lunch, curry steamed rice approx 140gr

    12.45pm Fish or steak with veg approx 140gr

    14.00pm protein shake

    15.00pm fruit 2 apple

    16.30 Thai early dinner curry rice approx 160gr

    18.00pm pasta, approx 160gr

    20.30 protein shake 2 banana

    Have not finished cycle yet but plan on PCT of
    Day 1 - Clomid 250mg + Nolvadex 60mg
    Following 10 days - Clomid 100mg + Nolvadex 40mg
    Following 20 days - Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg

    Now excuse my ignorance but i dont start my PCT until end of cycle? Which will be in 4 weeks, I am only up to week 8, y are you asking me about PCT?

    Have photo but not completely confident to post as not at the stage or close to the stage you guys are at yet.

    Any advice how to pick back up my gains at week 8 of my cycle? With four weeks left to go?

    I was giving the benefit of doubt that the 23% was a typo, I thought pics to show his base would help us determine where to go from here.

    well I guess we could wait till the day you start pct to ask about it, and if it's wrong, you can just not do a good pct because you don't have time to get what you need...

    and the training..

    Training 2 times a day,
    morning 5 am
    1 hour bicpes, tripceps and legs,
    night 7.00pm
    1 hour chest, back, lats, shoulders
    you do this every day?

    watch the videos... base your diet off them, they worked great for me, then post your NEW diet up... why do you train twice a day??? why not do something simple like a muscle group a day 5 days a week??

    Wow...your training routine is just.....awful my friend. Two-days in that shape are horrible for you and the fact you think "more is better" you workout every part way more than you should.

    So that plus your diet, plus the fact I still believe you are 23% bf leads me to believe you didn't have the right understand for working out before you jumped on AAS.

    no protein in this, cut completely, how bout chicken and brown rice

    need carb or fat here, whats in the shake
    15.00pm fruit 2 apple
    this isn't a meal, needs protein and if it's not preworkout you don't need the simple sugars

    not a meal, add protein

    Yes have the PCT on hand already to go, was thinking that maybe didn't know something,

    Yes training twice a day, because enjoy the work outs, this has worked for my body well.

    Ok some help with my diet thanks will follow the thread and alter,

    Now will the diet just effect the sudden drop of gains after taking the anabol out of the cycle? Is there anything else I can do to help re gain the earlier gains?

    im guessing you've got a nice big bloat going on.. and your not gonna hold on to much of your gains (cuz you really havn't made any, based upon your diet) change your training routine.. you came here for help... we're givin it to you

    what week are you starting pct.. that first day is a little excessive imo..
    id just run 100mg clomid and 20mg nolvadex for 30 days or so..
    that high dose the first day always caused me issues when running the old protocol..

    anytime, if you post in the diet section we can be more specific, that was pretty basic since i didn't have much to work with, btw, no point in running 250mg of clomid the first day 100mg will work just as well
