6.00am protein shake, 2 bananas, 40gr yoghurt
protein shake consists of what? stats on the yogurt?
7.30am thai breakfast (in thailand.) fried rice, noodles etc approx 120gr
stats on this?
10.00am whole toast 2 slices and 2 eggwhites fried
10-12 egg whites, cut toast and add oatmeal, 80g measured dry
11.00am Thai lunch, curry steamed rice approx 140gr
no protein in this, cut completely, how bout chicken and brown rice
12.45pm Fish or steak with veg approx 140gr
how much fish or steak?
14.00pm protein shake
need carb or fat here, whats in the shake
15.00pm fruit 2 apple
this isn't a meal, needs protein and if it's not preworkout you don't need the simple sugars
16.30 Thai early dinner curry rice approx 160gr
same advice as above
18.00pm pasta, approx 160gr
not a meal, add protein
20.30 protein shake 2 banana
good PWO, but not good before bed
Have not finished cycle yet but plan on PCT of
Day 1 - Clomid 250mg + Nolvadex 60mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 100mg + Nolvadex 40mg
Following 20 days - Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg
Now excuse my ignorance but i dont start my PCT until end of cycle? Which will be in 4 weeks, I am only up to week 8, y are you asking me about PCT?
