I'm 34 years old, 5'11 and 205lbs at about 8% bf. I've been lifting since I was 14 and have competed amateur extensively. Always been natural, but finding that age has caught up with me a bit--I've plateaued and my workouts are harder to recover from. My diet is very under control and proper for my body. I'd love to try to put on 5-10 lean pounds.
I've been doing a lot of research on here and think that a simple cycle would be best for me:
Test E 2 x week @ 250mg for 10 weeks
PCT starting @ week 12 for how long??
I plan to be prepared so i'm wondering what I should have on hand for gyno. My concerns aside from gyno (don't know if i'm susceptible or not, never done this) are hair loss as I've had some gradual loss already and water retention. i'd rather be lean than bulky, but can deal with just getting the extra muscle and needing to cut later if necessary.
