Planning first cycle
I'm 34 years old, 5'11 and 205lbs at about 8% bf. I've been lifting since I was 14 and have competed amateur extensively. Always been natural, but finding that age has caught up with me a bit--I've plateaued and my workouts are harder to recover from. My diet is very under control and proper for my body. I'd love to try to put on 5-10 lean pounds.
I've been doing a lot of research on here and think that a simple cycle would be best for me:
Test E 2 x week @ 250mg for 10 weeks
PCT starting @ week 12 for how long??
I plan to be prepared so i'm wondering what I should have on hand for gyno. My concerns aside from gyno (don't know if i'm susceptible or not, never done this) are hair loss as I've had some gradual loss already and water retention. i'd rather be lean than bulky, but can deal with just getting the extra muscle and needing to cut later if necessary.

usually 4 weeks.. based upon your weight and height, seems you've got the diet and routine down right...
i'd say go as planned....
except we'd love to see specifics on your pct

as for the gyno id run an AI or have nolvadex on hand..
pct..nolvadex and clomid.. 4 weeks or so

you may want more than just nolva for PCT and you may also want to have an AI on hand for during the cycle

PCT is more important than just staying healthy it also helps you keep your gains A good PCT will keep you in the GYM and not feeling shitty and loafing around on the couch.
Nova and Clomid for at least 4 wks some say run half as long as cycle so 5wks for 10 wk cycle
